I had an appointment to install a MOTOFAB lift kit I purchased at American Trucks. American trucks selected this installer as part of their network. Truck right out of the shop presented vibrations at low speed. Rear blocks where installed in the wrong direction as they are tapered to compensate the increased angle of the driveshaft. They also damaged the hood. When dropped the truck at the shop no damage was identified in the truck 2021 GMC Sierra elevation) Mechanic inspected the truck and conformed no damage. Unprofessional and do not respect customers time/appointments. -Had an appointment scheduled for 9am today -I showed up 5 min early and the front doors were locked. -I continued to wait, until just shy of 9:10am, when someone finally pulled in and unlocked the front doors. -One guy walked in before me, who did not appear to work there (as he was wearing another business' shirt), but walked directly back into the shop area and was heard chatting with another guy and the employee of Line X. - I continued to wait in the front l... read more
