Awesome customer service and great work. They got me in fast were very transparent and did a phenomenal job. Never expected it to look this good. Prep work really paid off i cant say enough good things. Front desk staff were very polite and professional. I would send anyone here. Thanks
Scratched the tailgate on my new truck. Less than 2 weeks old. They won’t take responsibility. Bad texture spot in bed liner. They said they’d fix it. Loose bolts on tie down bracket. Had to replace the seal on my bed cover because it came off. Poor customer service and poor quality of work. Not recommended. Line X Columbia dented the tailgate on my previous truck so not sure where I’d recommend going. No one does good work these days.
Line x product is great. The front office staff don’t explain real good to customers about the process. I had a toolbox that I got line x. They didn’t do the bottom of tool box. I called back and their answer why they didn’t do it was, “it was on a stand”. I have taken alot of stuff to the Lugoff location. They keep changing ownership. Whoever owns this store. I need a better explanation.
So I’ve used Linex of Lugoff for a year now. They have competitive pricing and are prompt installing your equipment. The staff is friendly and searches for the right product to fit your budget.
