Took my 2004 Silverado in to get some front end work done, when it was finished I took it to Oklahoma pulling my car hauler, had an issue with the repair. Typically a shop will deny, deflect, or outright blame the customer..... when I took it back they looked at it, agreed something was inadvertently removed which caused an issue and fixed the problem on their dime. I came in and I talked with Jeramie. He was very honest and talked to me, answered my questions and made suggestions on what I should try with my weight distribution hitch before doing anything to my pickup, a very honest salesman, very much appreciated his honestly !!!
