Waiting room 12 degrees. Asked how long, Kim said about an hour, I made an appointment for 1:30. I showed up 10 minutes early but another truck went in and mine was taken after 2. At 3:30, I asked how long as I'm now going to be late for work and they said just putting it back together. I got it back at 3:50. They got linex on the lights and back of the cab yet somehow didn't spray full heigut of the box sides. Their liners chip off and don't provide much protection. When I contacted about their limited lifetime warrenty which should cover this they didn't respond. Consider going somewhere else.
I have had nothing but a positive experience from these guys. I bought a brand new truck back in 2022 and I had the side steps, tri-fold tonneau cover and the spray in bed liner. I saved a fortune here as compared to what I would have spent at the dealership. My father just recently bought a new truck and he just had his spray in bed liner done as well. They take pride in their work. I will be definelty coming back.
1 star is too much. Stay away unless you want to hand them you're cash without having piece of mind when something foes wrong. Linex peeled off of rockers after 8 days being on the vehicle. I asked them to spray the rockers to cover rusted areas which they said would work well and extend the life and I'll be very satisfied with it. Went back and they claim its a chemical reaction to paint. Prior to having them linex the area they were ok with me mentioning I would be painting over it.
