My friend generously bought me a $60 gift card for my birthday. Unfortunately, I misplaced it and found it just eight days after the expiry date listed on the card. Helen & Hannah are amazing, they are very welcoming, kind, thorough, & detail oriented. They always very time efficient and very knowledgeable. We have been here a handful of times & will continue!
I’ve been going to Line Spa for a few years. Since Helen took over it’s become its best version. Helen is great as is Hanah. Booking is a breeze with Fresha which I love. I never have to wait when I show up. Helen truly puts her customers first - their satisfaction is her top priority. I highly recommend.
Originally only left a star review without details until owner accused me of not being a clientele. See updated review below. Update: I came to this salon and there were termites or some sort of small beige bugs climbing all around the backside of my chair and the pillow. The lady who also did my pedicure did not do a good job and also went between me and this other customer touching her feet and then mine without washing her hands. Had my second manicure with Helen and she is a master at her job. So meticulous and detail-oriented. She also takes her time to perfectly remove every outgrown cuticle or hang nail. Instead of rushing through the process and possibly damaging the nail, she patiently ensures each nail gets the perfect coat of polish, no bubbles, no smudges. My nails feel healthy and well taken care of. Thanks Helen!!
