This shop has changed hands, and you can see they are using all the usual nail products you could find at other shops and it’s no longer the same set up, either. I was a little confused/disappointed because their website still is the same so I had no idea of this change to the shop. Line is my go to salon because of the care and attention to detail put into nail and cuticle treatment. I have cuticle trauma and I always feel safe getting them taken care of here. I’ve gotten nail art as well as regular polish and always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. I have noticed there may be a bit of an ant issue as I’ve seen one crawling on the table space once in awhile, but I get that ants can be difficult to get rid of completely considering it seems like an older building. Great quality manicure!
Very poor communication. First thing they should ask is whether the client wants longer nails. The girl was inexperienced and not only gave me a very bad manicure but also scraped the heel of my foot till it was raw for my pedicure. Still hurts. The lack of communication also cost me an extra trip from Surrey. Second trip was unnecessary. I will leave it at this. Not recommended and won’t be back!!!
