We were having issues with honewater pressure from our well. Our plumber suspected a water line leak in our outside line, and quickly/strongly recommended Line Locators to find the leak. Kim from Line Locators worked quickly to get a location technician to us. Brad the Technician, even though he was ill, understood our water situation and kept his appointment date/time!!! Brad is very knowledgeable and profession - Great team workers I highly recommend this company-
Never in my life did I know there are tools to not only locate water lines under flooring and cement! Awesomeness! Brad was very personable and polite. He arrived early and conducted all appropriate tests to locate a substantial hot water leak under the slab! Thanks to Brad we dont need to tear up our new kitchen flooring! I'd kindly refer Brad and Line Locators to any family members or friends! Thank you! Semper Fidelis 🇺🇸
Brad, your team was awesome! You found the leak even though I knew you were in the wrong location; you called my bluff and proved you know what you're doing! Awesome Job! Highly Recommend!
Absolutely professional and quality work. These folks know their business, and plumbers often recommend them. I had the pleasure of meeting Brad, and watching him work today. He politely answered my questions, and let me watch him utilize his state-of-the-art tools to quickly identify our underground service line leak. If you need to find an underground leak, I highly recommend Line Locators, Inc.
