Line Locators sent a technician to find a leak in the line that runs into my house. He pointed out to me and my HOA president where he placed two flags and said the leak was somewhere between them. I called another company to fix the leak and learned there was no leak in my line; it was in the main that runs past the house, and thus the responsibility of the HOA.
