I made an appointment to have an oil change 3 days ahead of time. When I arrived I pulled into the lot. A man pounded on my trunk said get out of the lot park out front. When I went inside the other man said what are you doing here? I said I had an 8:30 appointment for oil change. He said lifts are full from last night have no idea when they will be open.
