Everything went exceptionally well. Very nice, efficient staff so everything moved quickly. Really liked Dr Rachel, he definitely seems like “my kind of people” !!!
Dr is competent, nursing support staff is lacking in competent clerical skills and willingness to correct mistakes. Passing “the buck” for paperwork and then denying statements made about other Dr’s Staff. Need to work on people skills, accepting responsibility and correct and solve their mistakes. Patients deserve better than excuses. Lazy poorly trained nursing support staff leads patients to doubt the Doctor, especially Surgeons. Herb Williams.
Dr. Rachal is an excellent physician. He's personable and explains things in ways that are easy to understand.
Nurses were great, polite and helpful. Dr. Rachel, was second visit in 5 years, presurgery visit went without any hitches, he saw somethings on my previous blood work and is going to be able to help me with previous diagnosis from another doctor. Great personality, friendly and very knowledgeable about current drugs that can alleviate a couple medical issues that I have been diagnosed with. I highly recommend him to everybody.
