they inaccurately promote events and also never respond and provide no customer service. for example, the White Marsh New Year's Eve block party was nothing as they promoted. They said it was 3 venues. it was 2. They said there would be food, but there was no food included. They said it was premium Open Bar, but it was just premium rail drinks.
