Lindy was delightful to work with and made every step of the process easy. She kept everything moving swiftly and provided resources when needed. We have bought and sold a lot of real estate over the years and we have never had a better agent than Lindy.

Lindy Maxey Kopotic is your person to call when you're ready to list or buy a home in the low country. Lindy and her team did an amazing job marketing our home. Instagram was one of the many marketing materials that were used to sell our home. She kept us informed through the entire process. Final results our home sold in 3 weeks!!

I would strongly recommend the Maxey group, who demonstrated exceptional communication and negotiation skills throughout the selling process. Their comprehensive market knowledge enabled them to accentuate the distinctive features of my unique property, ultimately leading to a successful sale. I appreciate their tireless efforts and commitment to delivering results. Thank you Nickey, Lindy and Jolinda!

She was always available, proactive, and consistently one step ahead, which made a typically stressful process feel surprisingly smooth. More importantly, she genuinely cared- not just about getting a deal done, but about making sure we were making the right decision for us. By the end of it, the ... read more
