The admission process is cumbersome and repetitive (have you actually reviewed your.processes?) while timely communication from staff is also quite poor. I had a much better, and seamless experience at Hollywood hospital in Nedland on two occasions
Absolutely perfect service at Endoscopy unit , I had my Gastro and colonoscopy done yesterday and every single step from the beginning was just very well organised, quick , simple, and professional.Instructions were clear and simple to follow, admission process was straightforward, clinical professionals were experienced, friendly, and very knowledgeable.Nursing staff were so thoughtful, caring, and respectful. Can not say enough good things about this place from the surgery to the icu to the ward to the physio. Very patient staff with very unwell people. Kind patient. I felt safe here. Thankyou to all the staff that make this place run I appreciate your efforts.
