BUYER BEWARE. This builder is unethical, disorganized, error prone and does not stand behind its contracts. We selected our finishes and upgrades in January 2023. During that period, we noticed multiple inconsistencies in the design center where things were labelled as a level which would be considered standard and then being charged as an upcharge. 0 stars is my rating. Probably the worst customer care service where even the head office people do not bother to reply even over complain of a leak. The house did not include some of the upgrades that were charged for and it is not because things weren’t available in the market. We have had really good experience with other builders like Mattamy and Solmar and they were both excellent in not just building but customer care as well. Lindvest has been a great disappointment.
