I called Lindus for a Marvin window repair and got a prompt appointment for the very next day. Their Representative, Kevin M., came to my house at the appointed time, and managed to repair the window and get it back into good working order within 15 minutes or so. He was courteous, careful, professional and polite. To my most pleasant surprise, he didn’t even charge me for the visit, since he was able to fix it so quickly. It doesn’t get any better than that! Awesome customer service! I won’t hesitate to call them again.
From the consult to the build to the follow up, Lindus exceeded my expectations in every way. After exceptional work on our gutters we hired them to do our roof. A+++++
Added a couple more gutters to our home. They did a great job and look really nice.
I would never recommend Lindus. We hired them to replace our roof, gutters, and metal bay roof after a major hail storm of August, 2023. The work and rework was done April-June, 2024. We went with them because they had installed the original LeafGuard gutters, but we were dissatisfied with their work on all aspects of the replacement, they caused significant damage to our siding, and we had to hire a different contractor to complete the metal roof properly.
It was like being at a 5 star hotel! They were extremely thorough and professional. We had our roof done, soffit and gable vents. Plus they had to remove and reinstall gutters. They were unhappy with a rain drip guard so they came to replace (something I would have never known). They have their own quality inspector that comes out after the city has inspected and approved to make sure everything was done correctly.
