7/30/25 ...I have been dealing with LINDSTROM for 19 years. On 1/23/2023 had my air conditioner replaced. 1/24..they did a duct cleaning.In my experience they are #1 in communications, servicing, follow-up & doing whatever necessary to do whatever you ask.. Hi highly recommend the following personal that I Have been associated with: Larry (sets appointments), John McCormack (HVAC design specialist) Boaz Carter & Kerven Alexandre (outside unit installers) & Matt Mateusz did a fabulous maintenance.
Punctual and Professional
The technician went above and beyond to clean our system drainage and even suggest new batteries in our thermostat.
Thoroughly performed my PM. Technician was courteous and showed me an issue of concern which we resolved. Not every service is a good one, contingent on experience of technician and then if necessary service manager. I’ve been happy with Lindstrom & referred my kids to them for a system replacement when they purchased their first home a few months back. The group in PSL that serves my area are professional and ai, to please the customer.
