Quick response as always. Tech was polite and knowledgeable. My AC was set for -5 degrees don’t know why. He find the issue and fixed it. Now my ecobee thermostat and smart sensor is showing same temperature.
Great service
The service was very good. Called ahead to announce arrival time, showed up on time. Took care of business, took lots of pictures, and showed me areas of concern and offered upgrades to keep system tip top! An hour later I got an email with those upgrades attached including the pictures referring to each. A great service visit!
