I literally just had the WORST customer experience with this dentist office I have ever had with ANY company. I scheduled an appointment online to be a new customer. I am a united states postal worker and I have phenomenal insurance through GEHA. I uploaded that insurance as well as my secondary insurance which is through public aid. I received a call today before my appointment saying they didn’t accept public aid.
