Update: 9/23/2025 Jeanette is no longer there. Now every time I call I don’t speak to the same person as I did when Jeanette was there answering the phones. It’s like calling a call center now and you’re sent to a voicemail. Definitely gone downhill since this change. Sadly I will be shopping around after years of being with this company. We recently canceled our American Family account after several decades. While so many of these reviews give glowing remarks, that has not been our experience. Strangely enough, we have never even met our agent. We have found American Family to be a company of constant rate increases with no explanations given.
