This office has really went downhill with its office staff In the past couple years. No one seems to know anything when you have eye insurance and it seems as if they continue to tack on charges to make sure you have to pay out of pocket . I have went here for 15 years along with my family and have never had as many problems as we have had lately. From glasses that was over $300 I paid (with insurance) that I can’t see out of, can’t wear and they wouldn’t correct to my son having to go to 5 plus office visits to get contacts... read more
