Tried to make an appointment for over two weeks. She did not have the day or time that I wanted. We texted and confirmed a date at 1:00 pm. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told she didn’t have me in the book. I showed her my text. SHE SAID SHE SENT THAT WHEN SHE WAS AT DISNEY. MY PROBLEM??? I was a new client. She ran an hour late. Never apologized or said anything to me about how late she was going to be. When I asked after the hour. She was rude and said she was only one person. Never apologized. I am shocked people stay in business with this kind of customer service. I wasted an hour and 15 minutes of my day to be treated so rudely.
