Not only should you find another attorney, but if you've already spent any money with Lindsey Sharp, get it back! She not only continously lied to me and my family, she made our situation worse even after spending 14k dollars! Promises made, promised broken. When I ran out of money, and after she guaranteed me that I could pay as I could, she wanted to drop the case. All of this, just before trial and in a case she guaranteed me I would win. Do not trust her. Do not hire her.
She will take your case, get retainers and then drop you like a ball if you try to hold her to her word or contract. But, if you keep handing out money and tape your mouth shut, she will represent you till the end whether you win or lose! It's all about the money. This woman will overbook herself and get tons of retainer money and then drop the cases that are TOO HARD and call the client difficult. Check around, there are many reviews like this one!
After a consultation, she was able to provide sound advice that didn't involve going to court. She is professional, knowledgeable and has great attention to detail I highly recommend her. She was always available when I had a question and helped guide me through a difficult time! I would return in a heartbeat! Great attorney!
