Services were adequate at best. I did get the impression from Lindsey that I was wasting her time. She made that very clear. I wanted to see pictures of my MRI exam. That was the whole point of my appointment. After moving to different computers, different rooms, and being left in the room for long while, I was given a xerox copy. Never able to see the actual mri images. I intended to keep that to myself but I have been hounded mercilessly via txts and emails to do a review, so here it is.
Lindsey was able to provide excellent explanations of my upcoming surgery and answer all our questions. We never felt rushed and felt very comfortable discussing what to expect both pre-and post- operation.
I always receive top notch care.
