Absolutely fantastic Lawyer. If you're going through a rough divorce this is the team to go through. They were all extremely helpful and there to answer my questions any time. I received an even better outcome in court than I initially expected.
Being a Pro Se Responding party in a divorce case: Mr. Lindsey showed no respect for the Indiana Rules of Ethics and ignored Trial Rules of Procedure. Specifically Rule 3.3 – Candor Toward the Tribunal: The attorney allowed the court to proceed under the mistaken belief that I had been properly served with a Motion for Contempt. This omission misled the court and violated the duty of candor.
