This practice has been the worst experience of any doctor I ever been to see. Poor communiation, 'surprise" text about yet more tests without explanation. Mis direction of pharmacy prescriptions. Yes. They are making money, but the have no consideration for the patient or our time. And, after 5 visits I have NEVER seen Dr Jackson. If you have Medicare I believe they see dollar signs.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment was for a second opinion on possible cancer diagnosis. I took my husband with me bcs he has been on this journey with me for several months, and due to their policy he was not allowed to go in the examination room with me after waiting an hour for my appointment. Therefore, I walked out and will be seeing a doctor in San Antonio. Not impressed.
