Scheduled a physical & she decided she did not want to do a physical because of the nature of our conversation. Physical was supposed to be rescheduled, she created a follow up for the appointment she changed and never did anything to address the initial concern at all. As someone who has been accredited with NCAA and CBCS for medical billing and understands time, cost ect of coding appointments I was not happy at all especially since none of our concerns were ever addressed.
