My wife went to buy a riding lawnmower and they treated her like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Like she she couldn’t afford it. She was married to a doctor. They lost a sale. Perhaps they should educate their employees.
will never go there again after years of being a customer, they made a mistake on my equipment while there being serviced causing damage to one of my two mowers that they just serviced. totally ignored my complaint and concerns and never made the issue right forcing me to take the mower elsewhere to fix it. poor way to take care of a good customer. fortunately i found a good repair shop who is correcting the issue.
