They took my money then they told me that my house is uninsurable and now they won't refund my money. Lawsuit coming
I was in the middle of having my permit, and getting my license. She stayed in contact with me thru all that. Even gave me someone else's number that dealt with having a permit and wanting insurance. She called the day I got my license, and gave me a quote I couldn't refuse. Super friendly, funny, and respectful. Im definitely handing your business cards to a couple family members. I recently switched from another State Farm agent that was not delivering excellent customer service. Cuneos office has trained their people well and are proactive and truly understand customer service!
I was not impressed with the fact that my Agent didn't give me a heads up that they were canceling my homeowners coverage due to 3 claims in 5 yrs. She did give me a contact # to reach out to but it would of been nice for her to reach out to me prior.
Angela helped save us $100 monthly, while giving us better coverage!
