Dr. Cecil is a fantastic, caring doctor that is highly intelligent, intuitive, and cares for her patients. Each time I talk with her and her practice, I am greeted professionally and warmly. I can't recommend this doctor enough.
She is one of the only doctors I’ve had in my 47 years that actually listened to me and showed understanding and compassion without judgement.
