I had a tendon in my hand repaired by Dr. Caldwell. Although that seems to have been completed adequately, there has been no other part of this process that has been satisfactory. Poor communication or no communication is the standard. Expectation setting has been nonexistent. hmmm, the previous review makes me wonder if we saw the same doctor? i had a great experience with dr. caldwell and the whole team. everyone was professional, personable and more than willing to take the time to answer my questions. on the day of the procedure, i knew what to expect and felt very supoorted by the staff. i would not hesitate to return to dr. caldwell should i need help with my hands goimg forward.
Oh, where do I start? I said "hi" when she entered the room, she completely ignored me. Never looked at me, not even a second. When I was answering her question, she constantly interrupted me. Her behavioral was badly off and disrespectful. I think she missed the class in the medical school that they teach to respect the patients. She was in the room for only a couple of minutes and left.
