I WAS delighted with how quickly my Audi could be serviced and how friendly the desk owner and the mechanic were. they finished up in 30 minutes! i do wish they had said what a vehicle inspection entails; e.g., air in tires? brake fluid? etc,,,,,,,
They sign you up for Carfax without telling you about it and sell your information to Carfax. Its ridiculous. The service is good overall and I wanted to leave a better review but come on. Josh doesnt sound friendly over the phone. Once I booked an appointment on their website and never got a confirmation and had to cancel the day before. Prices are pretty reasonable.
