I am extremely satisfied with the service rendered and I was fortunate to have a doctor available when I required one. I was unwell and unable to see my usual provider for any type of visit, and Dr. Lindsey Russell was suggested. The appointment proceeded without any major issues as I had previously taken an at-home Covid antigen test that was positive and my symptoms were getting worse. Was very sweet, and caring! Addressed my problem 100% ! I will definitely visit her again!! I felt very comfortable with Dr.Russel, her concern and caring heart were genuine.. was not rushing through our appointment like some do. Took her time and made sure she addressed all my concerns! Ty so much!
Very unprofessional and lacks medical ethics. I was incorrectly billed for a service I was not provided. She and her staff refused to make it right.
