Was very sweet, and caring! Addressed my problem 100% ! I will definitely visit her again!! I felt very comfortable with Dr.Russel, her concern and caring heart were genuine.. was not rushing through our appointment like some do. Took her time and made sure she addressed all my concerns! Ty so much!
Very unprofessional and lacks medical ethics. I was incorrectly billed for a service I was not provided. She and her staff refused to make it right.
