I was extremely disappointed in how she handled my care in the ER. She talked to me for about 30 seconds, told me my diagnosis was just "pharyngitis," and that I should go home. I demanded to be admitted, as I knew something was wrong. I ended up having surgery a few days later. As a current physician assistant student, I felt so failed as a patient on the opposite side of the spectrum.
