We have Lindsay Window threw out our home. The installer went out of business . We have contacted the manufacturer of those windows and they send me a replacement window for my Bathroom window but they want use to put on the window latch. We told them no because it would our warranty. . They told us that they would charge us $175.00 to come out and put the latch on our new window we told them no they should do it for free to for good customer service.

Lindsay windows/doors are exactly 1" thick on the outside- exactly as thick as any siding trim, making it impossible to caulk or seal in any way. Lap siding, especially the seven sixteen thick LP product, protrudes past the window so good luck caulking that. Until they can add a three eights to their outside lip, they shouldn't call themselves a window/door manufacturer.
I bought Lindsay Windows a some years back and I am very pleased with not only the workmanship but also the customer service . I would recommend Lindsay Windows to anyone looking for replacements windows
