Their windows are nice...until you have a problem. Their service department struggles to perform warranty replacement for product failures. I had a window crack (for an unknown reason) and requested replacement. They would not make the replacement window until I paid them $400. It took 3 months before they'd first attempt to install. I'm now on the 7th month of waiting for the replacement to be installed They cancelled on me 3x and i had a scheduling conflict on another time. I can echo others initial customer services about lacking professionalism. Although I have a finally warranty date on-site service, I have placed calls recently to reconfirm with customer service with no responses. Frankly, I am concern about the Lindsay Windows to really provide lifetime warranty on the windows. We had all of our house windows replaced with Lindsay. We will see if commitments are met.
If you like rude go with them. No customer service. I chatted with the rudest lady this morning at the 253 284 5406 number.

These guys are 100% the worse. They kept missing and missing the delivery date. They tell you “you have to be there to receive the windows” give you a date and time, and then they show up with no communication. Once they finally show up they can’t bring the windows into the house, so they just leave you with the problem out there for you to solve. For them, everything is the customer problem. Poor quality product and even worse customer service. We noticed issues at the time of install and have been dealing with degradation and the companies lack of service/response for over 7 years. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

we have a new bay window, very nice, quality of window looks great! Problem for us was the installer wasnt so great, really sloppy job on ouside trimming of window, cant get them to come back and fix it, lied to me for 6 months, and never did show up.This in no way reflects on the quality of Lindsay Windows, its a great product, just make sure you have a reputable installer.
