Everyone is very helpful and thorough. Always get excellent service at this shop.
From booking on my Volvo app, to check in, and check out the service was smooth! My service advisor, John was thorough and courteous. I appreciate the customer waiting lounge with wi-fi, a wide range of beverage options with a coffee bar, large screen tv, and the business tables with ample outlets. A reasonable wait for routine service. Top notch five star service!
I take my Volvo to Lindsay routinely. They always go the extra mile to have my car done on time. Staff is definitely helpful and appreciate David’s updates!
My interactions with both Luis (service) and Daniel (sales) were great. They both provided awesome customer service.
Great Service with making the appointment, meeting my Service Representative, Mr. Luis Cabrera, at drop off and communication throughout the service status, and he arranged courtesy transportation to pick me up when service was complete.
