My car battery was bad, and the battery indicator light came on and off. Sometimes, the car wouldn't start. I made an appointment for the Lindsay Volvo service center to check it out. Instead of telling me I needed to replace the battery, the technician blamed the accessories (dashcam, charger, etc.) for draining the battery. They told me the battery was healthy and instructed me to uninstall all aftermarket accessories. They charged me $199 for the diagnosis fee without telling me upfront. I chose Lindsay Volvo service to repair my S90 due to a leak coming from the sunroof. After paying over $5,000, the rear A/C vent was not reinstalled, and I got the car back with wind noise coming from the sunroof after 50mph. On top of that, the interior of the car was returned dirtier than I left it. Excellent service. Thank you.
Worst set of salespeople ever. Volvo is a good car but I wouldn’t buy from this dealership. If their service is as bad as the sales experience you are asking for problems. Rude and elitist.
