My sister had been in 2-3 times for her first pregnancy, no issues at all. During this pregnancy, she had one visit at 11 weeks and it went unnoticed and not sent to the OB that her baby had a hole in his abdomen. She was told by another doctor about this in her most recent visit in another facility while going in for the sex-reading ultrasound. She was not told about this before by anyone else and the Lindsay clinic neglected to send it to her OB.
