My name is Laura Bauer an I just wanted to say that Lindsey has always been on top of things she is very kind does her job well goes above and beyond to help. The only complaint I have is it is very hard to reach the office to make a appointment.
Office hours are never as avertised or posted. Office had a paper sign saying closed for lunch be back at 1. At 3pm, still no staff in the building. Left multiple messages. Next day, no staff in the office. We've been calling for 4 days to get our son's shot records, they told us they'd have them ready to pick uop, and we MUST pick up in person- but there's no staff in the building for several days. Must be too preoccupied with the botox clinic to care about the pediatric patients
I have been a patient for years and have always received the best care, with great communication.
