She gave my hair a careful trim, clarified it to help lift some of the blonde, and most importantly helped map out a thoughtful, step-by-step plan to safely prepare for highlights in April. I truly appreciated how thorough, patient, and honest she was — it made me feel confident I’m on the right path to healthier, brighter blonde hair. Highly recommend!
