I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shaw and Abby (Front Office) answered the phone and after talking through the referral provided by my son's pediatrician, she let me know that he was not eligible to be seen by this doctor. Even with all of that, Abby was extremely gracious, professional, and generous in providing resources where I could go regarding my son's condition AND followed up with an email like she said she would.
