The lady who answered phone was extremely rude and condescending. When asked any questions I was met with attitude. I called three different times just to hung up on.
We were introduced to Lindsey Schnarr during our daughter’s junior year at IU. Her team offers exceptional service, great coverage, and great guidance as to plans for young adults in need of renters and auto insurance. Mary and Carla are always readily available via cell, text or email. Highly recommend without hesitation IU students and young alumni reach out to their office for insurance needs and questions.
I had a great experience working with State Farm to set up my renters insurance. They knew exactly what policy I needed, were very quick to send me the quote, and were prompt on finalizing the payment.
