My office visit with Dr. Lindsay Riddick at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic was a great experience. She was kind, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. She was very informative and made me feel like she genuinely cared about what I’m going through. She ordered testing the same day and put in referrals right away, which I really appreciated. I haven’t felt this taken care of at a doctor’s office in a long time. Highly recommend.
Dr. Riddick is unprofessional! My mom has a lot of health issues. When she explained what she was feeling, Dr. Riddick asked her what did she want her to do about it and, that she could only focus on one issue. Then, my mom NEVER received all the things she needed for her overall health. This is why Black people aren’t taken seriously in healthcare; patient OR caregiver& why medical professionals that look like US - are what we want.
Lindsay was the first provider who listened to me after fighting for someone to listen to me for two years. The office visit and bedside manner could not be better. After working in medicine for ten years, I have seen doctors/NPs and patients interact thousands of times, and by far Lindsay took it far and away from what I could have hoped for. A single interaction with her started to restore my lost faith in the American Healthcare System.
