I had hoped to begin therapy with Christine Webster and reached out multiple times over the course of several weeks. While she did respond once and acknowledged that she had dropped the ball, unfortunately the lack of follow-up continued. I never received the support or communication I was seeking, despite being clear about my interest and readiness to begin therapy. My son started seeing Brian Johnson here and loved him. Since Brian’s passing he now sees Lindsay and absolutely loves her. They’ve always listened to both what the parents say and the child. 10/10 recommend!
My therapist passed away a week ago today and the practice never even told me. I found out from an obituary! I reached out with phone and email and no response. I ended up going to the ER. If you don’t want to get stabbed in the heart and the back at the same time stay clear of this place. I’ve never felt so unsupported. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
