I saw Lindsey for a couple of years as my primary doctor after not receiving any medical care in a few years, I expressed deep fear and concern about cancer and asked if I could be told my options on preventative testing or any possible screenings that could be helpful, I have great private insurance and cost was not an issue. She immediately laughed, very literally laughed, and said “we don’t do that” and said if it would make me feel any better she supposed she could refer me to have standard blood labs done. Very well kept, updated facility. Check-in was quick and easy. The nurse prior to my visit with my doctor was friendly and kind. Dr. Lindsay Nees was wonderful, asked a lot of questions about my health, and showed genuine care for my well-being. I am naturally anxious when visiting the doctor and Dr. Nees was so reassuring and kind. Nees and her staff were all very warm and really made me feel as ease. I hope that she is my primary care provider for years to come.
Rude and hateful is the way I would explain my treatment. I called to make an appointment and was told it would be the following week, as I currently have shingles and the pain is crazy I asked if I could go to another Practitioner and was told "would you like to me cancel other peoples appointments for you!!!) I never asked that nor was I rude like they were. I simply ask if I could go to another Dr.
