Office staff is friendly and Dr. Esch is a great Dr. who cares about her patients. Basically, saved my life by making sure that I got colonoscopy. I had colon cancer. If she had not gently pushed for it I would not have gotten one. And no I'm not a friend or family member!
Dr. Esch was very kind and listened to my mother's issues. she was very happy to take over her care, since we had to move her from another state. She refilled perscritpions and set up follow up appointments for us with her staff. the staff was very nice, they took the health history and advised that Dr. Lindsay would be in shortly, that was about a 10 minute wait. i thought that was great! If i did not have such a long history with my own GP, I would switch to her in a heartbeat.
Dr. Esch has been great! Great bedside manner, very through, and smart. Her office also has great communication. Can’t say enough good things. The perfect combination of objectivity and compassion. Glad I found her 3 years ago.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After visiting three other physicians who did not help me, I found Dr. Esch, who asks great questions and listens, considers everything, and includes the patient in a treatment plan. I have been seeing Dr Esch for a few years and have always left feeling like she genuinely cares about her patients! Everyone in the office is amazing as well. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great Doctor.
