Office staff is friendly and Dr. Esch is a great Dr. who cares about her patients. Basically, saved my life by making sure that I got colonoscopy. I had colon cancer. If she had not gently pushed for it I would not have gotten one. And no I'm not a friend or family member!
Can I rate zero? My doctor is retiring. I called the office trying to make an appointment. After bouncing from person to person five times, I spoke to someone with an attitude who reluctantly booked a physical for November 18th, 2025. (in April of 2024) Two weeks later, I get a call from someone in the office named "Asia". She was very nice, however, she informed me that my appointment in 2025 was cancelled and the doctor is not taking new patients. (Opposite of what I was told only two weeks previously.) Dr. Esch has been great! Great bedside manner, very through, and smart. Her office also has great communication. Can’t say enough good things. The perfect combination of objectivity and compassion. Glad I found her 3 years ago.
Dr. Esch was very kind and listened to my mother's issues. she was very happy to take over her care, since we had to move her from another state. She refilled perscritpions and set up follow up appointments for us with her staff. the staff was very nice, they took the health history and advised that Dr. Lindsay would be in shortly, that was about a 10 minute wait. i thought that was great! If i did not have such a long history with my own GP, I would switch to her in a heartbeat.
Lindsey Esch is very personable and caring. Went through everything thoroughly with me.
