Would recommend for divorce and custody. Great law firm that respects clients and will have your back in times of need.
Unfortunately, I was just hung up on by the male receptionist 7/15/24 at the Lindsay and Lindsay law firm. The questions that were being asked were slightly inappropriate and assuming, considering the sensitivity of the situation. I’m surprised by this level of service and truthfully feel offended.
Will charge you for the consultation fee and then 3 months later send you a bill for the fee you already paid. When called they act like they did nothing wrong and very rude. Would not recommend this lawyer.
Craig Lindsay represented me during a very "high conflict" divorce. I hired him mid case because another attorney did not do me or my children justice. However, Craig quickly turned the entire case around. He not only took the time to understand the dynamics of the case but also empowered me to understand them too. I presented them with all the paperwork showing that this person that my son was living with was a documented child abuser but she still fought to have my son still in that house... Imagine someone seeing crucial information about somebody and ignoring it for a paycheck... There's a special place in hell for people like you who put children safety second.
