In my opinion...WARNING! Do NOT HIRE! Craig Lindsay is currently appointed by the court to handle the closing of our family estate and was court ordered to sell the family home on the open market. Instead of doing this he spent months working on a "settlement agreement" between the heirs. No one asked him to do that. then he requested a court appointment to get "more clarification" from the judge because he wanted to sell the property for 2/3 of the assessed value. Would recommend for divorce and custody. Great law firm that respects clients and will have your back in times of need.
Unfortunately, I was just hung up on by the male receptionist 7/15/24 at the Lindsay and Lindsay law firm. The questions that were being asked were slightly inappropriate and assuming, considering the sensitivity of the situation. I’m surprised by this level of service and truthfully feel offended.
Will charge you for the consultation fee and then 3 months later send you a bill for the fee you already paid. When called they act like they did nothing wrong and very rude. Would not recommend this lawyer.
