Came in to get another vehicle, Dwayne Butler is the man to see, he will make it happen for you. This will be my fourth Lexus.
This is my third time bringing my car to this location and it will be the last. I always arrive on time for my appointments however, they are never able to provide an honest response about the wait. My last visit, I waited almost 5 hours, despite being repeatedly told it wasn't going to be more than an hour or so. Today, I dropped my car off an hour early for my oil change appointment at 10am and decided not to wait. I come back at at 1:30pm and the car is still not serviced. I keep coming to this location because it’s close to my home and they usually provide good service. However, every time I visit, I seem to get the same service advisor, Le Nguyen . Unfortunately, he consistently has a bad attitude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers in a professional and respectful manner. My experiences with him have been disappointing, even though the rest of the staff and the location have generally been good
