Mr. Le Nguyen was very impolite and unprofessional as a service consultant. I scheduled my appointment through the Lexus app, but the final invoice at the dealership was higher than the quoted price. Rebecca was awesome. I had been so overwhelmed with the snow and my car was stressing me out. Rebecca took her time and explained everything to me and made sure I was well taken care of. This is my favorite Lexus service center.

Let’s be clear. This place got too big for its britches and went from customer satisfaction to money satisfaction. They were quick to sell me a car (and the only reason I purchased from Lindsay was because of Claude and I trust him that much to even buy a tin can if I had to). After sales service is utterly pathetic. They don’t return phone calls, nor accommodate. Literally everything is a sales pitch or a means to say no we can’t do it or no it costs this much. I've been coming to Lindsay for the last 5 years and service has gone down since then. The most recent experience I had is I got my car serviced only to get it back with a new issue created during the original service. Called and explained to them the new issue 3 days after getting the car back after being serviced and low and behold there are no appointments or loaners available. But of course I can bring it in and wait for hours (regardless of any other appointments I may have) or I can wait 2 weeks and bring it back.
