I saw Dr.Graves for over 8 months her booking was a nightmare. Every time I suggested our treatment wasn’t helping she dismissed my concerns only referred back to her medical records saying they couldn’t have been “give” incorrectly. After deciding to get treatment at Nortons I was referred to a surgeon that told me I need a double disc replacement in my lumbar spine. In my experience, Dr. Graves is terse, has poor bedside manner, does not portray competency, and has bad office staff. I saw her to close the loop on a neck issue. It seems that she really only does injections, so if you're looking for any kind of comprehensive care or discussion, look elsewhere. If you're just looking for injections, it's probably easier and cheaper to just see a Nurse Practitioner rather than Dr. Graves. Dr. Graves and her staff are excellent. I've had shots for both my lower back (sciatica) and hips for bursitis. I highly recommend Dr. Graves to get relief from the pain.
