Knowledgeable friendly
Everything was perfect, starting with the receptionist and the atmosphere in the office and, most importantly, continuing on to Dr. Goodstein and her skill in explaining everything to me and her skill in carrying out the surgery. Excellent all around! I should also mention that when I told Dr. Goodstein how calm and quiet it was in the office, she said, "I always make sure that there are no other patients when I have a surgery appointment. How thoughtful is that???
I had problems with nose for many months and had been to a previous ENT doctor. They were fine but the problem persisted. Dr Goodstein got it fixed and I’m happy to have been referred to her. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
