Very efficient, very friendly, not a long wait, very positive
Booked an apt. For exhaust noise at motor, passenger side window washer spray tip damaged due to hail & warranty coverage for door lock buzzing on drivers side sliding door, when using power lock. They didn't have parts so they booked me another appointment. Brought vehicle in at 8am. At 10am recieved a phone call saying they ordered the wrong parts and someone is driving to Peterborough to get the correct part. At 4pm I called to inquire about my Dodge Caravan. They put after market parts on my vehicle, which voided the longer warranty on the factory parts without my knowledge and charged me full price. Now I am out of pocket again for the same repair in under two years.
The worst parts department very rude!!
