The tube in my tire blew just outside of Lindsey so I called Lindsey Cycle. They were extremely friendly and understanding. They had me back on the road in no time. Nothing but top notch service service by all the staff members.
Parts guy Gary is rude, doesn’t know anything other than what the computer tells him, and he gets a poor attitude when he makes a mistake. He just wanted to argue whose fault it was, instead of returning a $30 part. Two stars, only because I like the salespeople, and he did return the wrong part he gave me. Only after wasting 30 minutes of my time telling me it’s not his fault, so it must be mine.
