Liars and cheats. I worked with Alex/Alec? I told him in advance that he needed to bring a ladder and that we would access the property from the neighbor's roof and he said it was no problem. When he showed up he had forgotten the ladder and said he could not use the two options that I had (6ft and 16ft). He said 'no problem, I will swing by on Friday and bring the correct size ladder.'
