I am always impressed at how knowledgeable Lindsay is about the body, how everything is connected, and that she takes the time to explain it so I can actually understand. :) I appreciate that she makes me feel comfortable, adjusting the pressure per my needs for each session. She has helped me work through injury & pain in my shoulders and neck from over-use as a hairstylist.
Lindsay is an impressive massage therapist. Her understanding of physiology makes her very effective at finding the underlying issue of an injury. We have seen her for years and will continue to do so!
I cannot say enough when it comes to Lindsay’s massage techniques, and also her knowledge. I have had too many massage therapists to count, and never quite get what I’m looking for. This was my first massage with Lindsay, and I’m on schedule now for the next four months. If you are considering- please do it! This young woman is a lifesaver. She knows her stuff!
